Ashirvad BlazeMaster® Fire Protection Systems significantly reduce labour and transportation costs on a typical installation. Our CPVC is easy to handle, store, cut and join without the heavy equipment typically required to install metal and other piping systems.
BlazeMaster® pipes and fittings by Ashirvad provide years of maintenance-free service. Our systems stay impervious to normal weather for over 18 years. The materials exhibit excellent physical and hydraulic characteristics that restrict rust, pit, scale, or corrosion on the interior and exterior surfaces.
Ashirvad piping has a substantially lower ‘Roughness Factor’ than metal and other materials. Hence, the interior walls of our BlazeMaster® CPVC pipes remain smooth in virtually any service. This high carrying capacity results in the use of flatter grades or smaller diameter pipes.
Our BlazeMaster® pipes are made of CPVC which offers a superior fire safety profile than PVC- its flash ignition temperature is 900°F. The system does not independently support combustion and ceases to burn once the source of the flame is removed. CPVC also has a low flame spread.
BlazeMaster® Fire Protection Systems provides exemplary fire protection that minimize the incidence of fire hazard and property damage. They fit into tighter spaces better than other retrofit applications and have a lower environmental impact than the competition.
All BlazeMaster® Fire Protection Products by Ashirvad are UL & C-UL listed for use in systems containing other manufacturers’ BlazeMaster® CPVC products. All our fire non-metallic fire-sprinkler systems are high-quality products made in accordance with the appropriate requirements.
BlazeMaster® by Ashirvad Fire Protection systems can be employed in wet-pipe systems across residential and commercial buildings as defined in the Standard for Installation of Protection Systems in Residential Occupancies up to Four Stories in Height, NFPA 13R.
BlazeMaster® pipes & fittings by Ashirvad have been successfully installed encased in concrete for many years. Our systems exhibit high chemical incompatibility with concrete, chemicals and other building materials that may come in contact with the system. 1
