The growth of bacteria on the surface of the tank contaminates potable water and renders it unsafe for drinking. To combat this, we’ve introduced Nano-Silver technology that passes the international test standard of JIS Z 2801 for anti-bacteria and keeps the stored water germ-free!
Unlike water tank solutions, Ashirvad Water Tanks are equipped with specialized anti-viral, anti-algae, and anti-fungal technology that inhibits the growth of select viruses as well as algae and fungal formation on the inner surface of the tank.
We’ve pioneered the unique rotational-molding technique that enriches the water tank with a precise thickness and helps disperse silver nanoparticles on the surface of the inner layer to provide durability and effectiveness of anti-bacterial protection.
The Four-layer polymer body of the Ashirvad water tank insulates the water inside the tank and helps keep it lower by 13° C to 15° C. The additional foam layer helps in preventing water from becoming too cold in winters by restricting the entry of harmful UV rays.
High ESCR is one of the most common causes of cracks and stress failure in the outer layers of the water tanks. Moreover, multiple seasonal changes further aggravate surface duress to the water tanks. The insulated middle layer uses proprietary material to impart additional strength while restricting the entry of harmful UV rays.

Our tanks have been designed using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software to impart superior mechanical properties of impact resistance and tensile strength. Extra ribs have been incorporated to add strength to the tank, which reduces bulging of the tank at full capacity and reduces any chance of bursting under pressure.
The UV Stabilization enhancement prevents degradation and ensures that there is no cracking or chalking or loss in physical properties in our tanks. This property facilitates the potability of safe drinking water in all seasons.
