Silent Pipes
Ashirvad Silent SWR pipes are manufactured with a 3-layer mineral-filled uPVC pipe filled with an internal ‘Blue’ layer and a co-moulded ring that helps to achieve noise levels under 13 dB at a flow rate of 2 l/s in accordance with system standards of EN 14366.
The outer and inner layers are made of uPVC while the middle layer is made of mineralized uPVC which has better noise-absorbing characteristics. Both the outer and inner layers provide much-needed impact resistance, high rigidity, and UV resistance to the pipes. The inner layer is also abrasion resistant and extremely smooth to allow high flow rates.
The pipes in straight lengths with a single socket and or double socket end feature smooth internal and external surfaces that are clean and free from groovings and other defects.
Pipes in different lengths ranging from 2ft, 3ft, 4ft, 6ft, 9ft, 10ft are available.
