Concealed Diverter

FAQs

It controls the flow of hot and cold water between the shower and spout, allowing users to switch outlets with a single lever for a seamless bathing experience.

Ashirvad offers three variants:

  • High Flow (¾” with 47 mm cartridge)
  • Medium Flow (¾” with 40 mm cartridge)
  • Shower-Only (¾” with 40 mm cartridge)
Each is designed to suit different water flow requirements and bathroom layouts.

Yes! All variants are engineered to perform efficiently at a minimum pressure of 0.2 bar, making them ideal for homes with inconsistent water supply.

Unlike brass diverters that require 4 MABT joints, Ashirvad’s CPVC diverter uses a plain socketed design—saving up to 4 MABT in material costs and reducing labor time.

Not at all. The diverter comes with wings for alignment and a protection cover with min/max level indicators, making installation fast, accurate, and plumber-friendly.

The CPVC body resists corrosion and scaling, and the Kerox ceramic disc cartridge (imported from Hungary) ensures smooth operation even at high temperatures (up to 80°C) and varying pressure conditions.

Leakage may be caused by damaged O-rings, washers, or improper nut placement. Periodic checks and proper installation can prevent this. Ensure all nuts are secured in the spindle locking area.

Low pressure may result from incorrect diverter selection or insufficient distance between the tank and installation area. Always choose the diverter based on your water pressure and layout.

  • At 1.0 bar: 14–26 LPM
  • At 2.5 bar: 23–44 LPM
Flow rate varies depending on the diverter type and water pressure.

Ashirvad offers superior engineering, faster installation, cost savings, and long-term
reliability. With fewer joints, imported cartridges, and CPVC durability, it’s the smarter choice for modern plumbing.
