Hassle-free setup & upkeep

Step 1

Prepare the Rooftop

Ensure the terrace is clean, free from contaminants, and has a proper slope for gravity-based water flow.

Step 2

Install Jali at Downtake Entry

Place mesh guards at each downtake pipe entry to prevent debris from entering the system.

Step 3

Route Downtake Pipes to Filter

Interconnect multiple downtake pipes and direct them toward the filter location.

Step 4

Mark & Mount the Filter

Mark the filter position 3 feet above ground level. Use a spirit level to align, drill holes, and fix the filter with SS screws.

Step 5

Connect Inlet Pipe

Use a 110mm SWR elbow to connect the downtake pipe to the filter inlet. For buildings above G+3, use two 45° bends to prevent reverse flow.

Step 6

Attach Outlet Ball Valve

Fix a ball valve at the outlet. During the first rain, open the bottom cap and close the valve to flush out dust and debris.

Step 7

Fix Vent Cowl

Install the vent cowl on the overflow outlet to prevent insect entry.

Step 8

Direct Water to Recharge System

Route filtered water to a sump, recharge pit, borewell, or dugwell to support groundwater replenishment.

Step 9

Perform Initial System Check

Inspect all joints, flow direction, and outlet connections to ensure proper functioning.
