Step 1

Choose the right flat cable based on the voltage and current needs of your motor setup. Measure and cut the cable to the required length, ensuring a clean, even cut.

Step 2

Plan the cable path in advance, avoiding sharp bends or obstructions. Ensure it allows for easy access and future maintenance.

Step 3

Use a wire stripper to remove the outer PVC sheath and expose the three core wires. Take care not to damage the insulation of individual conductors.

Step 4
