Install with Confidence. Maintain with Ease.

Step 1

Cut Precisely

Measure and mark the pipe. Cut squarely (90°) using a suitable cutter. Trim at least 25 mm beyond any cracks.

Step 2

Prepare Pipe Ends

Smoothen pipe edges and slightly bevel for easy insertion into Ashirvad fittings.

Step 3

Clean & Dry-Fit

Wipe pipe ends and fitting sockets. Dry-fit to check full insertion and mark depth.

Step 4

Apply Solvent Cement

Use only Ashirvad uPVC Solvent Cement. Apply a thin, even coat to both surfaces.

Step 5

Join & Hold

Insert with a slight twist, hold for 3 seconds, and wipe off excess cement for a secure, leak-proof joint.

Icon Do’s and Don’ts

Do’s

Dry-fit all joints to ensure proper alignment before applying Ashirvad Solvent Cement.

Use proper beveling tools for smooth, secure joints.

Store pipes in shaded areas to prevent UV damage.

Stack pipes on level, dry ground—place thicker pipes at the bottom and maintain max 3 ft rack spacing.

Keep solvent cement and cleaners away from heat, sparks, and open flames.

Don’ts

Avoid direct contact with Ashirvad Solvent Cement.

Do not apply solvent cement in enclosed or poorly ventilated areas.

Never cement joints that are too loose or too tight.

Do not use non-Ashirvad solvent cement—it may cause leaks or joint failure.

Why are Ashirvad Agri Pipes lead-free?

Lead-free pipes are globally preferred for potable water systems. Ashirvad uses a non-toxic compound that meets international safety standards, ensuring safe drinking water and preventing algae formation.

UV resistance protects the pipes from sun-induced degradation, extending their life and maintaining performance in outdoor agricultural settings.

Ashirvad products are made with precision-engineered, lead-free compounds and undergo strict quality control. Our fittings are designed to minimize weld-line stress, reducing the risk of breakage and ensuring long-term reliability.

Ashirvad Agri Pipes are available in standard lengths of 4, 5, or 6 meters. Custom lengths can be supplied based on project requirements.

Ashirvad uPVC pipes are safe and non-toxic—even in fire conditions. They have a high Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) of 45, meaning they don’t support combustion and stop burning once the flame source is removed.

Refer to Ashirvad’s technical leaflets and consult based on pump capacity and pressure ratings to select the right pipe for your application.
