Step 1 Enrollment & KYC

Plumbers, mechanics and borers using Ashirvad products can join by downloading the AEC app and completing the KYC verification by submitting their Aadhar, PAN and bank details.

Step 2 Earning Points

Members earn points through product purchases and participation in engagement activities. These points are tracked and displayed in the plumber’s AEC app dashboard.

Step 3 Points Transfer from Dealer

Dealers transfer points to plumbers using the Dealer Mitra app by scanning a QR code, entering the plumber’s ID or using their registered mobile number. The plumber confirms the transfer via OTP and points are credited instantly.

Step 4 Points Redemption

Plumbers can redeem their points through Direct Bank Transfer (DBT) in the AEC app. If KYC is complete, a 10% TDS is applied otherwise, 20% TDS is deducted. All transactions are recorded and viewable in the app.

Step 1 Enrollment

Ashirvad Dealers can register via the Enrollment App and upload a signed acceptance form along with three images. Once verified, their account is activated.

Step 2 Target Agreement

At the beginning of the year, dealers agree on sales targets in consultation with Ashirvad Sales Team.

Step 3 Tier Assignment

Based on the accepted targets, dealers are placed into one of the following tiers: Classic+ → Regal → Regal+ → Premiere → Premiere+ → Royale → Royale+ → Imperial → Imperial+

Step 4 Rewards Allocation

Each tier offers specific rewards across multiple benefit buckets. Rewards are granted once the dealer meets the assigned targets.

It’s a loyalty program for registered Ashirvad dealer partners, offering economic, emotional, and ego-driven benefits based on performance and engagement.

Dealers receive monetary rewards, recognition, exclusive experiences, and access to training and networking opportunities—similar to the Experts Club but tailored for business growth.

At the start of the year, dealers agree on sales targets. Based on these, they are assigned a tier: Classic+ → Regal → Regal+ → Premiere → Premiere+ → Royale → Royale+ → Imperial → Imperial+ Rewards are unlocked only if the assigned targets are met.

Only registered dealer partners of Ashirvad who complete the enrollment process via the Ashirvad Mitra App.

A signed and sealed acceptance form (by dealer and TGM) A selfie with the shop front A selfie with the dealer The signed form Once verified, dealers can start earning and redeeming rewards.

Rewards include cash incentives, recognition events, training access, business development support, and exclusive experiences based on tier and performance.

All performance metrics, tier status, and reward details are available in the Excellence Club dashboard within the app.
