Santosh Rudrawar’s diverse experience over the last 25 years includes HR leadership and entrepreneurial roles with Larsen & Toubro, Spicer and Ashirvad Pipes before its acquisition by Aliaxis.

Santosh joined Ashirvad in 2015 and was deeply involved in its transition to a wholly-owned Aliaxis company. He is well-acquainted with Indian and MNC joint venture organizational change imperatives and their impact on workplace culture and people practices.

Santosh is an Engineer with a Post Graduate degree in HR Management.
